These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DailyTx applications, website and related services (the "Service") provided by Adhyay Infotech Private Limited ("DailyTx", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, downloading the app or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
DailyTx is a software-as-a-service platform that helps local delivery vendors manage customers, routes, subscriptions, automatic billing and inventory, with a companion app for their customers to track deliveries. DailyTx provides software only.
3. Subscription and billing
DailyTx is offered on a subscription basis at ₹200 per month per store, following a 30-day free trial. Each store supports up to 200 customers. By subscribing you authorise the recurring monthly charge for as long as the subscription remains active. Prices may change with prior notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Payments between vendors and their customers
DailyTx is not a payment processor and does not operate a payment gateway. Vendors collect all delivery payments directly from their own customers in cash or UPI. DailyTx never holds, routes or settles money between a vendor and their customers, and takes no commission on a vendor's sales. Any payment-status marked in the app is a record kept by the vendor for their own convenience. Disputes about delivery payments are solely between the vendor and their customer.
5. Vendor responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including customer details, products and prices.
- You must obtain any consent required to store and use your customers' information in the app.
- You are responsible for your own pricing, deliveries, taxes and compliance with applicable laws.
- You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using it to send spam or violate the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos and content, is owned by Adhyay Infotech Private Limited and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your subscription is active. Data you enter remains yours.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyTx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time, after which access continues until the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Deletion page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
