This Privacy Policy explains how Adhyay Infotech Private Limited ("DailyTx", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the DailyTx vendor and customer applications and the website at dailytx.in. By using DailyTx, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Vendor account information
When a vendor signs up, we collect details such as name, mobile number, email address, store name and business address used to create and operate the account.
Customer details added by vendors
Vendors add their own customers to run deliveries. This includes customer names, contact numbers, delivery addresses, products and subscription schedules. This data is entered by the vendor, who is responsible for having the appropriate consent from their customers to store it.
Delivery and billing records
We store operational data generated through normal use — delivery logs, subscription changes, inventory movements, monthly bills and payment-status entries (marked by the vendor).
Device and usage information
We automatically collect basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, IP address and diagnostic logs to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the DailyTx apps and website.
- To generate routes, subscriptions, bills and account statements for vendors.
- To authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To improve performance, fix issues and develop new features.
- To send essential service notifications relating to your account.
3. Where data is stored
Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in an India region. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising. We share data only:
- with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
- when required by law, regulation or a valid legal request; and
- to protect the rights, safety and security of DailyTx, our users or the public.
5. Your rights
You may request to access, correct or update your account information. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
6. Data retention
We retain account and delivery data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account closure, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example billing and tax records) to meet legal and accounting obligations.

DailyTx is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
